| Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science or related field preferred. • Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing) preferred. • Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, batch documentation. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Basic computer skills, comfortable with production/ERP systems. • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to ~70 lbs; stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience in nutraceutical or supplement manufacturing. • Familiarity with ERP/batch record systems and production metrics. • Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning, second shift) as required. |

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| • Supervise, coordinate and manage the daily manufacturing operations on a production shift in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical facility (blending, encapsulation, tablet pressing, packaging).
• Ensure all production activities comply with cGMP, FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and safety standards. • Achieve production output targets, quality standards, and efficiency metrics (e.g., units/hour, waste reduction, downtime). • Monitor and review batch records, production logs, in-process checks and documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Support continuous improvement initiatives: identify bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, production flow issues, and implement corrective actions. • Lead, train, coach and mentor production operators and shift leads; assist with onboarding new employees. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Packaging and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain a clean, safe, organized production environment; enforce PPE usage, safety policies, and housekeeping. • Assist in scheduling shifts, overtime, production planning, and communicate with management on status, issues and metrics. |
