Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm-3am
Job Description: If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you. In this role, you'll maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs as needed
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
- Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with production teams to support efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
