| Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity in Denver City, TX. This position is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and welding maintenance tasks to ensure the reliable operation of industrial machinery and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical troubleshooting and welding, along with a solid understanding of industrial equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, conveyors, pumps, sensors, and control panels.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as needed for equipment repair and fabrication.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, adjust, and replace industrial machinery and parts.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical experience required, including troubleshooting and repair of 3-phase systems, control panels, and PLCs.
- Welding experience required; certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various industrial environments.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.
