Pay Rate: $30.00-$34.00 per hour  
Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm  
 
 
Requirements of position



PREFERRED SKILLS
 
  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Training or certifications in electrical, pneumatics, or hydraulics preferred.
  4. Welding, PLC programming, and industrial electrical experience is a big plus.
  5. Forklift operation experience is desirable.
  6. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

 Job Overview:
 
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring machines and tools are maintained in top condition, minimizing downtime and keeping production running smoothly.
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
  1. Perform emergency, preventative, and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  3. Set up and prepare equipment for production runs.
  4. Replace, repair, test, and adjust machine parts as needed.
  5. Perform basic carpentry and plumbing work.
  6. Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  7. Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
  8. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  9. Work closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure food safety standards are met.
  10. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
