Requirements of position
|
|
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
- Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs) and emergency repairs
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday and flexible between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in diagnosing equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Repair machinery, conveyors, motors, and other industrial equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Assist with installation of new equipment as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Maintenance Technician experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be flexible to work between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Electrical certification or technical training
- HVAC or PLC experience is a plus
