Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing facility in Hialeah, FL. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and excellent career growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of manufacturing, warehouse, and office facilities.
- Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, roofing, and fire protection.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Supervise maintenance, custodial, and facility maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate and manage outside contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Manage maintenance inventories, tools, supplies, and facility budgets.
- Lead facility improvement projects and coordinate with production leadership to support operational goals.
- Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and building systems.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams and outside contractors.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
