Please post accordingly: Job Squad is looking for a Maintenance Lead for the 2nd Shift in Itasca, IL area, for our food manufacturing partner. This is a direct hire role with the company Job Duties: Diagnose, troubleshoot PLC's, repair and maintain all equipment including, but not limited to, Conveyors, Carton, Formers, Carton sealer, Film forming and sealing machines, box sealer, laser printers, ink jet printers, palletizer robot, metal detectors, packaging machines, and refrigeration systems. Lead continuous improvement skills and is approachable Help lead 5S projects to standardize maintenance practices and processes Assist in training employees on operation of equipment Provide continual support to production, assembly packaging and warehouse Maintain a PM program with supporting documentation Other duties as need by the operation Reports directly to Maintenance Manager while taking some direction from Production Supervisors On floor time= 100% (floor is inclusive of production floor, shop, outside, building, etc.) Must always work in a safe manner and use LOTO Must be knowledgeable of all HACCP, GMP's, OSHA, and SOP requirements Great client to work for with strong possibilities of upward mobility within role If you feel like you’re a great fit, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
