  1. Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  2. Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
  3. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift to 50 lbs. daily.
  4. Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  5. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  Responsibilities of position




 Are you a hands-on problem solver with mechanical skills and a passion for keeping equipment in top shape? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Processor to join our team and help ensure our plant operates efficiently and safely. You’ll work closely with production supervisors, managers, and teammates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. 
  1. Troubleshoot and repair machinery to keep production running smoothly.
  2. Grease and maintain machinery to ensure peak performance.
  3. Perform fabrication and basic welding tasks.
  4. Replace bearings and other machine components as needed.
  5. Assist with other duties to support the team and plant operations.
