Requirements of position
· Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift to 50 lbs. daily.
· Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
· Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities of position
Are you a hands-on problem solver with mechanical skills and a passion for keeping
equipment in top shape? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance
Processor to join our team and help ensure our plant operates efficiently and safely.
You’ll work closely with production supervisors, managers, and teammates in a fast-
paced environment where no two days are the same.
· Troubleshoot and repair machinery to keep production running
smoothly.
· Grease and maintain machinery to ensure peak performance.
· Perform fabrication and basic welding tasks.
· Replace bearings and other machine components as needed.
· Assist with other duties to support the team and plant operations.
