Job Description:
The JobSquad Staffing is hiring Machine Operators/Packagers & Forklift operators for a company located in Elkhart, Indiana. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to safety, quality, and good attendance.
Operate machines according to company procedures and production requirements while performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Package finished products according to company standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, lift and move materials up to 65 lbs., use basic computer skills, and operate a forklift as needed.
Meet daily production goals while working independently as well as part of a team.
Previous machine operating, packaging, forklift operating, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Good attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
