| Requirements of position

| · Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a food manufacturing/production environment preferred
· Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards (HACCP is a plus)
· Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery
· Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
· Comfortable working in varying conditions (cold, hot, or humid environments)
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Willingness to work overtime (6–7 days/week) as required
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Basic math and reading skills for production documentation
· Must follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
