Rotating Shifts :
5:30 am – 2:10am
2:00pm – 10:40pm
Must be able to work both shifts, they rotate monthly or so.

| Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
| • Operate and monitor production machines to ensure they run at standard capacity while maintaining high-quality output and a safe, clean work environment. Follow all company procedures, ISO 9001 standards, and FDA, GMP, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Start up, operate, and shut down filter-making or cigarette-making equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor machine performance, product quality, weight, size, and pressure; make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect and remove finished products, stack or store them properly, and control material usage to minimize waste.
- Take samples, record production data, and complete all required reports and cleaning logs.
- Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and safety practices at all times.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors and follow all instructions, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums, understand and speak in English and/or Spanish. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
Education
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or mechanical technology education or training; mechanical or electrical apprenticeship or four years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
