- Preparation and Setup: Setting up and preparing machines for operation, which may include calibration, cleaning, and adjusting machine settings.
- Operation: Operating machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitoring machine operation to ensure product accuracy and making minor adjustments as needed.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machinery to ensure its proper functioning.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying and addressing any equipment issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to maintain quality and identifying any defects.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production logs, reports, and activity logs.
- Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Working with other production team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory management by tracking material usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Review Production plan and work orders
- Review the production work plan, specifically the order in which each work should be done.
- Operation of machinery Operate machines according to production plan, instructions, quality assurance and health and safety procedures.
- Check and Refill resin Silo. Use Resin as needed following appropriate procedures. Check and refill resin following safety and organizational procedures to ensure continuous production.
- Keep machine running as needed Ensure that all assigned machines within scope of responsibility are kept running and are producing quality products.
- Quality checks Check and monitor quality of bottles as required in order to make sure the bottles match the specifications of the job. Solve quality defects Recognize visual quality defects and make necessary adjustments to correct problems.
- Communicate problems Alert appropriate personnel of problems with the bottles or machine.
- Mechanics Troubleshoot problems Troubleshoot problems as they arise in order to make the necessary efforts to keep machines running and production plan going.
- Follow processes, and machine reference logs/books Utilize, maintain and monitor orderly processes, and machine reference logs/books.
- Production orders Process production orders and correct tickets as required.
- Daily log of activities Complete daily log of activities in a timely manner.
- Fill out all the designated paperwork for the shift Fill out all the designated paperwork for the shift.
