 Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am $21

Requirements of the position

 

Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions or blueprints to meet production targets. 

Supervise machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency. 

Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to machine settings. 

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to keep it in good working order. 

Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. 

Identify and resolve equipment issues during production, or report them to a supervisor or maintenance team. 

Maintain accurate logs of production data and report any malfunctions or performance issues to supervisors. 

Collaborate with other team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet production goals. 

 

Overview: A manufacturing machine operator sets up, operates, and maintains machinery to produce goods efficiently and safely. Key duties include following production specifications, monitoring operations for quality, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Operators must also troubleshoot issues, report production data.
