Requirements of position

 We are seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to support our food manufacturing operations. This is a Direct Hire role with a starting salary range between $20-$22/hour and offers a competitive benefits package as well.  

 

Candidates must be flexible to work day and night shift on a rotating schedule.  4 on, 2 off.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

 

Operate Large Extraction, Small Extraction, and Dehydration equipment under the guidance of the Production Lead to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

 

Distribute materials and resources to designated machines, equipment, or areas as directed, ensuring continuous production flow and product quality.

 

Assist in training team members to maintain high-quality production standards.

 

Operate processing equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures to meet quality standards.

 

Clean and inspect equipment, work areas, and stations regularly to maintain sanitation and operational readiness.

 

Accurately complete all required production and process documentation in a timely manner.

 

Effectively communicate shift information, both verbally and in writing, to incoming Lead and Operators.

 

Understand and strictly follow all health and safety protocols, including material handling procedures.

 

Communicate and coordinate with the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure accurate data flow and production adjustments.

 

Support maintenance activities for processing plants and farming operations as assigned by supervisors or lead personnel.

 

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and sanitation regulations.

 

Follow company policies and quality assurance objectives in all work tasks and responsibilities.
