$15.50 hourly

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in machine operation, riveting, blending, or related manufacturing processes a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Set up and operate riveting and blending machines according to production specifications and work orders.
- Load materials, align components, and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure proper operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Record production data such as quantities, dimensions, and machine settings.
- Follow safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and team members to meet daily production targets.
