This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated production machinery that produces up to 8,000 cigarettes per minute. The ideal candidate has strong experience in high-speed production lines, CNC exposure, and can work in an environment with strong menthol tobacco odors.This position requires rotating shifts, physical endurance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing machines producing up to 8,000 units per minute
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor production flow to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Accurately document production data and report any issues
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures
- Continuously lift, handle, and move product once it is ready
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Shift Schedule (Mandatory)This is a rotating shift position and is mandatory for all employees: - Week 1 – 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:14 PM
- Week 2 – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM
Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts without exception. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to continuously lift and move product during production
- Must be physically capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
