Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export coordination, or trade compliance.
- Strong Knowledge of freight forwarding, international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Experience with Magaya, or freight tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Coordinate and track international shipments (import and export), ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, HS codes, export control laws).
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve delays or issues, and respond to logistics-related inquiries.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses to manage logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment status using logistics software (Magaya); maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Support internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance) with logistics-related information and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements in transportation and shipping processes.
- Stay current with changes in customs regulations, trade agreements, and import/export laws.
