Pricing & Project Coordinator
The Pricing & Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Aerospace Logistics division by managing pricing, procurement, and end-to-end project handling for aerospace shipments. This role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics solutions across global teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive and accurate pricing for aerospace logistics requests (AOG, critical, routine).
- Analyze costs and ensure alignment with margin targets.
- Coordinate with global teams to secure best rates.
- Maintain pricing records and ensure consistency.
- Source and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Evaluate supplier performance.
- Manage shipments from quotation through completion.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics solutions (air, ocean, road, courier).
- Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Handle AOG situations with urgency.
- Ensure documentation, billing, and file closure accuracy.
- Track KPIs and improve operational processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aerospace supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of pricing and procurement.
- Experience in aerospace or time-critical shipments preferred.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.
- Strong communication skills.
