Requirements of position




We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering shipment data, FedEx receipts, and cargo documentation into our internal systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and shipping-related paperwork.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience (preferably in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
  • Must be Bilingual Eng/Span
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position





  • Manually enter shipment and cargo details into company databases and spreadsheets
  • Record and organize FedEx receipts and tracking information
  • Verify accuracy of shipment data and supporting documents
  • Maintain organized digital and/or physical filing systems
  • Communicate with operations staff to clarify or verify shipment details
  • Perform basic data quality checks to ensure consistency and completeness
