Requirements of position

• Serve as the main contact between distributors, customers, and the distribution center.

· Receive and process sales orders, transfers, and returns in coordination with the Finished Goods Warehouse team.

· Schedule shipments with carriers and maintain all related documentation, including quotes and pickup schedules.

· Prepare invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

· Issue credit memos for merchandise returns and prepare affidavits when required.

· Support warehouse operations by managing inventory in the ERP system, processing location transfers, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records.

·  Assist customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and reporting quality issues in unipoint.

·  Resolve customer and carrier issues, including claims, billing errors, and service concerns.

· Communicate promptly and effectively with supervisors and team members.

· Monitor performance metrics and help prepare reports as assigned.

· Escalate any issues to the Product Logistics Manager for corrective action.

· Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

 

Responsibilities of position

 

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.

· Understands federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, FDA, OSHA, TTB, etc.).

·  Follows the Employee Handbook and job description.

·  Aware of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

·  Practices good housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation, and pest control.

·  Follows all safety rules and requests proper training when needed.
