Requirements of position
|

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing coordination.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and freight terms.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS/TMS platforms).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from origin to destination.
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments, customs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate records in logistics management systems (LMS/WMS/TMS).
- Assist in warehouse operations and inventory audits as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.
