Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote available rental properties through various channels, such as online listings, signage, and networking
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants, including conducting credit and background checks
- Negotiate lease agreements and handle all necessary paperwork
- Coordinate the move-in process for new tenants, including property inspections and key handovers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the leasing process
- Collaborate with the broader property management team to ensure the efficient operation of our portfolio
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both property owners and tenants
- Proficient in using property management software and standard office productivity tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
as needed.
