Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Must have at least 2 years of professional experience working with AutoCAD and technical drafting
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or similar modeling and rendering software is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a strong work ethic.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and growing within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of position
|

|
|
|
|
- Produce precise technical drawings, plans, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with senior designers to accurately translate design concepts into buildable plans.
- Revise and update drawings based on team feedback and project adjustments.
- Support the team with 3D modeling, renderings, and client presentation materials.
