  1. Fluent in English and Spanish
  2. Work experience as IT coordinator or similar role over 2+ years
  3. Experience in project management
  4. Familiarity with data analysis, APIs and System integrations., AI tools
  5. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  6. A team player with excellent communication skills
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  9. Punctuality
  10. Website Development
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. BSc/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, (or equivalent experience)
  2. 2 years+ experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
  4. Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning basics, or automation platforms.
  5. Experience with hardware installation and maintenance
  6. (Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration)
  7. (Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus)

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The it Staff member is responsible for maintaining the organization’s computer system, networks, and hardware. This role ensures smooth daily operations by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting employees with technology-related needs.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, mobile phones, among other IT devices
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including backups, and other IT devices such as security cameras, alarms, access control, UPS, etc.
  3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  4. Providing technical support and training across the company (including MPA)
  5. Setting up accounts for new users.
  6. Create user guides and manuals and provide training to staff on new systems.
  7. Purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
  8. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  9. Keeping abreast of technology trends and development, and testing new technology
  10. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to implement and maintain security controls
  11. Planning and overseeing projects by coordinating with developers to build and implement technology solutions (e.g., Net at Work, ScanForce, SPS, ASCI, AI)
  12. Communicating with all departments to understand their requirements
  13. Revising existing systems and suggesting improvements
  14. Designing efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  15. Support cybersecurity efforts, including antivirus and data protection measures.
  16. Inventory Management for IT related devices.
