  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish 
  • Must have 2-3 years of customer Sales/Customer service experience
  • Must have experience with sales support regarding pricing, quoting, credit terms, orders, and many other sales support and account management functions
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills
 
Responsibilities of position





  • Reports to the Sales Manager
  • Provide expertise and support regarding pricing, quoting, credit terms, orders, and many other sales support and account management functions
  • Compile lists of prospective/target customers (Distribution/End-Users) for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories and publications, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Websites, and other prospecting sources, including job site surveillance.
  • Schedule account meetings, Sales update meetings, and any other meetings as required. Meetings must be conducted in a professional manner that includes written agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and sales figures, etc.
  • Ensuring superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers both external and internal
  • Must have 2-3 years of customer SALES/Customer service experience. Position will start as a temporary (40 hrs/week) role under a temporarily assignment and will move to a permanent position after the probation period of approximately 4-5 months after completion.
 
The Administrative Sales Support role—not a salesperson. This person supports the sales team with customers, prepares quotes, schedules and coordinates meetings, and assists with post-sale follow-up.
