| Aviation company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in driving growth, supporting our global sales efforts, and ensuring exceptional service to our valued clients. This is a Direct Hire position offering a base salary starting at $70k plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package as well.

Responsibilities of position

| Key Accountabilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory or market segment to drive new business.
- Coordinate sales activities in collaboration with the Sales Director and Global Sales Teams, liaising with departments such as Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Repairs, and Asset Management.
- Provide daily supervision and support to the sales team, including task allocation, process adoption, personnel issues, and reporting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate handling of enquiries, sales orders, expedite requests, and web shop communications.
- Take proactive ownership of order processing to meet customer requirements and address issues professionally and promptly.
- Handle and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain a strong cost-focus mindset; seek continuous improvements to reduce expenses and enhance cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present oral and written reports detailing customer needs, challenges, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Stay informed about product applications, technical services, market trends, and promotional strategies by engaging with relevant literature and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities when required by business or customer demands.
- Consistently meet delivery targets and performance objectives.
