Requirements of position






 
Requirements / Requisitos:
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial mechanical setup or maintenance
     3+ años de experiencia en setup mecánico o mantenimiento industrial 
  • Experience in food manufacturing (GMP required)
     Experiencia en industria de alimentos (GMP requerido) 
  • Experience with industrial machinery (conveyors, fillers, packaging, etc.)
     Experiencia con maquinaria industrial (transportadores, llenadoras, etc.) 
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
     Capacidad para leer planos y diagramas técnicos 
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
     Fuertes habilidades mecánicas y de diagnóstico 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
     Capacidad para levantar más de 50 lbs 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
     Bilingüe (inglés/español) preferido 
  • Flow wrap experience is a BIG PLUS
    Experiencia con flow wrap es un GRAN PLUS

Industrial Setup Mechanic – $25–$28/hr | Miramar & Medley, FL
Mecánico de Setup Industrial – $25–$28/hr | Miramar & Medley, FL
We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Setup Mechanic to support equipment installation, setup, and production line readiness in a food manufacturing environment.
 Estamos en búsqueda de un Mecánico de Setup Industrial con experiencia para trabajar en una empresa de alimentos, apoyando en la instalación, ajuste y puesta en marcha de equipos. 
Pay / Pago: $25–$28 por hora (según experiencia)
Locations / Ubicaciones: Miramar, FL & Medley, FL
Schedule / Horario: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) + overtime

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
  • Install, set up, and commission industrial machinery
     Instalar, ajustar y poner en marcha maquinaria industrial 
  • Perform mechanical alignments, calibrations, and adjustments
     Realizar alineaciones, calibraciones y ajustes mecánicos 
  • Support changeovers and production line setups
     Apoyar cambios de formato y setups de líneas 
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues during startup and production
     Diagnosticar problemas mecánicos durante arranques y producción 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and GMP standards
     Cumplir con normas de seguridad, OSHA y GMP 
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
     Trabajar con producción, calidad e ingeniería
