Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift 10PM - 6:30AM + Saturdays (40 regular hours + 8 overtime hours on Saturdays)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our injection blow molding operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on injection blow molding machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate closely with machine operators, engineers, and maintenance team members to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Communicate effectively with production teams and management regarding machine status, repairs, and preventative maintenance needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection blow molding machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude with solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Spanish fluency required; basic English communication skills preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working overtime and weekends, including mandatory Saturdays
