Schedule: Monday – Friday; 730am – 4pm; OT as needed – have to be on call one week a month
Pay: $25-$25/hour; Full-time
Requirements of position



✅ Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a GMP or FDA-regulated environment (pharma, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing highly preferred)
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures, safety practices, and FDA documentation requirements
 
Responsibilities of position




We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting — all while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and compliance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery including:
    • Tablet presses
    • Encapsulators
    • Mixers, blenders
    • Packaging and labeling lines
    • Conveyor and filling systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using tools, schematics, and diagnostic methods
  • Ensure all work is done in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with production and QA/QC teams to minimize downtime and ensure batch readiness
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records, calibration logs, and repair documentation
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and equipment validations
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work area
  • Follow all OSHA safety protocols and participate in regular safety reviews
