- Must have knowledge of Shipping Documentation per sea/air shipment - from emails sent by overseas vendors..
- Communicate with vendors if there are missing docs - Commercial, Commission, Master & House BLs, PLs, C MIDS, THR's/filed ISFs.
- Must be Bilingual Eng/Span

| Responsibilities
- Create & prepare physical folders for import documents.
- Print & organize ship docs per sea/air shipment - from emails sent by overseas vendors.
- Communicate with vendors if there are missing docs - Commercial, Commission, Master & House BLs, PLs, C MIDS, THR's/filed ISFs.
- Prepare and send parcels for USC checks - 1 parcel per port of discharge. Then follow USPS tracking number ensure check was received. Scan and keep a record of payments.
- Check, list, and box completed/received container folders.
- Maintain the list mentioned in 5 updating every Friday all completed/received container folders record.
- Update HTSUS data bank.
- Assist in Duty Drawback data gathering (periodically)
