Shift: M-F 9am – 6pm
Customer Service Representative in The Parts and Warranty department for Pioneer mini split systems involves handling customer and contractor support related to equipment issues, replacement parts, and warranty claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing customer requests for parts, repairs, and warranty verification
- Identifying system models and serial numbers to confirm warranty eligibility
- Processing parts orders, quotes, refunds, and replacements as needed
- Coordinating with technical support for troubleshooting assistance
- Communicating with customers regarding discontinued units and replacement options
- Providing pricing, availability, and shipping information for replacement parts
- Documenting cases, emails, and customer interactions accurately
- Ensuring warranty claims are handled according to company policy and guidelines
- Escalating complex or unresolved cases to management or engineering when necessary
- Communicating through email/phone calls
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft software, Fed Ex, UPS
- Previous HVAC Experience a plus
- English is a must and Spanish not required but a plus
- 2-4 Years of Customer Service experience
