- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
- 2–5+ years of experience in HSE and/or ISO coordination preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

| Job Summary:
The HSE / ISO Coordinator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and ISO management systems. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards such as ISO 9001, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor workplace conditions and ensure proper use of PPE
- Maintain HSE records, logs, and documentation
- ISO System Management
- Maintain and improve ISO management systems (ISO 9001)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure documentation control and record-keeping compliance
- Track non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support certification and recertification processes
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports on HSE performance and KPIs
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process and safety improvements
- Support management in achieving quality, environmental, and safety objectives
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
