HR Manager (Contract)

The Contract Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and strategic implementation of all HR functions within the organization. This role plays a key part in driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• HR Strategy & Policy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures that promote an inclusive and compliant work environment. Ensure these policies align with business objectives and promote a positive employee experience.
• Department Leadership & Goal Setting: Lead the HR department, developing goals and objectives that contribute to the company's strategic plans. Manage day-to-day operations and continuously evaluate HR processes for improvements.
• Compensation & Benefits Management: Administer the company's compensation program, conducting regular salary reviews, updating job descriptions, and maintaining competitive compensation structures. Manage benefits administration, including claims resolution, policy updates, and annual cost reviews.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance evaluation program, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and employee development. Make necessary revisions to ensure the system effectively drives performance and engagement.
