Pay/hours for position

|
- Pay: $21.00/hr (increase after training)
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays
- Responsibilities:
- Operate high reach forklift in freezer environment
- Pick and put away product in racking systems
- Maintain accuracy and safety in cold storage conditions
- Requirements:
- REQUIRED: Prior freezer/cold storage experience
- Experience with high reach forklift
2nd Shift – Forklift Operator (Dock & Freezer)
- Pay: $20.00/hr
- Responsibilities:
- Work between refrigerated dock and freezer areas
- Load/unload and move product efficiently
- Requirements:
- Experience with sit-down forklift AND high reach forklift
- Cold storage/freezer experience preferred
Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator – 1st Shift
- Pay: $20.00/hr
- Responsibilities:
- Pick orders in freezer environment using EPJ
- Ensure order accuracy and proper handling of product
- Requirements:
- Experience operating electric pallet jack
- Comfortable working in freezer conditions
Qualifications (All Roles)
- Previous cold storage/freezer warehouse experience REQUIRED (for most roles)
- Ability to work in temperatures below freezing for full shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
