 Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including weekdays and rotating Saturdays

Job Description: We are currently hiring experienced warehouse equipment operators for multiple roles supporting freezer, refrigerated dock, and distribution operations. Candidates must have prior experience in cold storage environments and be comfortable working in low-temperature conditions for extended periods.
 
Available Positions
High Reach Forklift Operator (Freezer Environment)
  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays 
  • Pay: $21.00 per hour (increase after 90-day training period) 
  • Operate high reach forklifts in freezer conditions 
  • Pick and put away product in frozen storage areas 
  • Requires prior freezer warehouse experience 
  • Majority of shift spent in freezer environment 
 
Forklift / High Reach Operator (2nd Shift)
  • Shift: 2nd Shift 
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour 
  • Work between refrigerated dock and freezer areas 
  • Operate both sit-down forklifts and high reach forklifts 
  • Load, unload, and move product throughout warehouse zones 
  • Prior experience with both forklift types required 
 
Electric Pallet Jack Operator (Freezer Picking)
  • Shift: 1st Shift 
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour 
  • Pick customer orders using electric pallet jack in freezer environment 
  • Accurately fulfill orders in a fast-paced cold storage setting 
  • Maintain safety and productivity standards while working in freezing temperatures 
 
Requirements
  • Prior warehouse or cold storage experience preferred or required depending on role 
  • Experience operating forklifts, high reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks 
  • Ability to work in freezer and refrigerated environments 
  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity 
  • Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift 
 
Work Environment
  • Cold storage/freezer warehouse environment 
  • Fast-paced distribution operation 
  • Safety-focused team setting 
  • Protective cold-weather gear may be required depending on assignment
