 Day: Tue-Fri (Sat overflow) 6AM-4:30PM
Requirements of position



Requirements:
  1. Previous experience operating a Hi-Lo or forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  3. Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy
  4. Reliable transportation to and from the Webberville facility
  5. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Position Overview:
 The Hi-Lo Driver is responsible for moving, staging, and organizing materials and finished goods within the warehouse and production areas. This role supports both production flow and outbound shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) safely and efficiently
  2. Load and unload materials, products, and supplies
  3. Transport pallets of finished goods to shipping or storage areas
  4. Support production line with material staging as needed
  5. Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
  6. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
