| Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the company's facilities and equipment. This role requires a hands-on individual who can perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular inspections of the building’s facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning. (Handyman)Repairs and maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Handle carpentry tasks such as repairs to doors, windows, and furniture. (Crating to pack Machinery)Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.Identify and troubleshoot issues in machinery, plumbing, or electrical systems.Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce future breakdowns or repairs.Assist with facility upgrades or modifications as needed.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Record and track maintenance work, repairs, and completed tasks using internal systems or logs.Work with external contractors or service providers when specialized skills are required.Assist with emergency repairs or situations as needed.Must clear background check and Drug Test | |||||
