Requirements of position 

Requirements: 

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for long periods, often in varying weather conditions. 

• Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; some tasks may require lifting up to 80–100 lbs with assistance. 

• License: A valid driver's license is typically required to operate utility vehicles and hauling equipment. 

• Schedule: Willingness to work early pre-dawn hours, weekends, and holidays. 

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team 

Responsibilities of position 

Key Responsibilities 

• Turf Maintenance: Operate powered equipment to mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs. 

• Bunker Care: Rake and smooth sand traps, edge bunker banks, and remove debris or weeds. 

• Course Setup: Change cup locations on greens, move tee markers, and maintain ball washers and water hazards. 

• General Landscaping: Trim trees, prune shrubs, and pull weeds around the clubhouse and course grounds. 

• Irrigation & Cleaning: Help repair irrigation heads and clean, fuel, and store maintenance equipment after use
