| JobSquad is hiring Grinding Loaders in Jackson, MI – play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly!
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred, or 1–3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret work rules, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to meet expectations for data entry, production, safety, and quality standards.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and apply common sense understanding.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Reliable attendance and the ability to report to your workstation “work ready” and stay through the end of your shift.

| Responsibilities of position

| Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts into machines according to work instructions to support efficient production.
Stage raw materials and move finished parts to designated areas. Assist operators with basic tasks to help maintain consistent machine flow.
Ensure parts are loaded correctly to prevent misfeeds and production issues.
Identify and report defects, damaged parts, or irregularities promptly.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with operators and supervisors and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Maintain reliability and punctuality to support overall production goals.
