 $16 Plus 

Requirements of position

 

· Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred (but not required; training available). 

·Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods. 

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. 

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 · Perform asphalt patching, crack sealing, pothole repairs, sealcoating, and line striping.

· Prepare surfaces for asphalt application by cleaning, sweeping, and filling cracks. 

· Operate hand tools, small machinery, and specialized equipment such as blowers, rollers, and sprayers. 

· Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including traffic control and safety measures. 

· Mix and apply sealants, emulsions, and coatings according to project specifications. 

· Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.

· Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and equipment. 

· Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA standards. 

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
