| All Candidates Must possess these skills:
- Tape Measuring Reading
- Machine Operator
- Diagnostic
- Computer Proficiency
- Cabinet making is not a requirement, but is beneficial
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
| Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate computerized or manual woodworking machines such as lathes, routers, drills, and shapers.
- Production & Assembly: Cut wood, laminates, and veneers to precise specifications; assemble cabinet components, including drawers and doors.
- Quality Control: Examine raw wood stock for defects and inspect finished parts for accuracy using calipers, rules, and gauges.
- Technical Setup: Program basic instructions into CNC machines and adjust blades, bits, or belts using hand tools.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and maintain a clean, safe workstation.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or completion of a training program/apprenticeship.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and technical manuals.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
