| · Comfortable using hand and air tools in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
· Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
· Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
· Prior experience with forklift operation, overhead cranes, or slitter machines is a plus
· Strong work history with good attendance
· Must be dependable, punctual, and team-focused
· High school diploma or GED
