Requirements of position
   
 
Must Speak Spanish MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Must have a High School Diploma
  2. Must be fluent in English / Spanish.
  3. Must have at least 5 years of practical experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Must know cGMP requirements.
  5. Must be proactive and have excellent organizational skills. 
  6. Must be attentive to detail and be able to multitask.
  7. Must possess strong customer communication skills. 
 
           
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Manages the end-to-end order fulfillment process and ensures operations are running efficiently.
  2. Ensures that all operations follow cGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures.
  3. Monitors inventories of finished products and ensures that appropriate levels of products are maintained.
  4. Coordinates with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  5. Ensures that all metrics are met and adhered to approved budgets. 
  6. Review customer requests for order changes or cancellations and
  7. Ensures that all customer orders are shipped promptly and are accurately fulfilled.
