Requirements of position
 
Delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced and complex environment. This role is responsible for addressing a wide range of parking-related inquiries and issues, requiring independent judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of parking systems, policies, and procedures.
 
 
 
Qualifications:
  • GED is Required 
  • Customer services experience (or equivalent experience)’
  • Strong relationship builder.
  • Outstanding communications skills.
 
Responsibilities of position
 
This position is responsible for selling parking permits, processing permit orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations. The front office interacts daily with a diverse population, including students, faculty, staff, departments, vendors, visitors, and the broader community.
The role supports high customer volumes, both in person and via phone, particularly during peak periods.
