REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.1
· 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative
assistant, or customer service role preferred.
· Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. · Professional appearance and demeanor. · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. · Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer skills. · Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. · Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday; 8am-5pm · Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $18 per hour · Eligible for company benefits following standard waiting periods (health, dental, vision, etc.) · Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement

Seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front
Desk Receptionist for our Miami location.
· The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for
visitors and callers, representing company with
professionalism and exceptional service.
· This role supports daily office operations, customer
service needs, and internal team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendor
partners in a warm, professional manner.
· Answer and route incoming phone calls.
· Respond to general inquiries regarding products,
orders, or company information.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. · Assist with order entry, invoicing, and basic customer service tasks as needed. · Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages. · Maintain office supplies and coordinate with team members for replenishment needs. · Provide administrative support to the Miami branch management team, including filing, scanning, data entry, and scheduling tasks. · Help coordinate deliveries, pickups, and communication with the warehouse when necessary. · Support HR or Management with onboarding tasks such as paperwork preparation and document organization.
