Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Frame Builder to construct and assemble wooden frames for furniture products. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and power tools, reading measurements, and building durable, high-quality frames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble furniture frames using wood and other materials
- Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools and power tools (such as nail guns, saws, drills)
- Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately
- Inspect frames to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in furniture assembly, carpentry, or frame building preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and able to start as soon as possible
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or woodworking industry
- Knowledge of furniture construction techniques
- Good work ethic and team player attitude
