- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overtime
- Must be able to get to work smoothly
- Must be able to follow all GMP rules (examples: no phones on the floor, no fake nails, no nail polish, no jewelry, etc.)

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Food production workers have a wide range of responsibilities, which may include:
- Maintain safety regulations, such as the use of protective equipment, such as helmets and safety glasses, when working with machinery or in hazardous environments.
- Preparing food ingredients by measuring, mixing, stirring, chopping, slicing, dicing, peeling, or otherwise preparing for use in meal preparation
- Perform sanitation tasks, such as cleaning equipment and surfaces, using cleaning chemicals or other detergents.
- Mixing ingredients to create new products or improve the freshness of existing ones until they are used.
- Marking food products with expiration dates or other labels such as "organic" or "gluten-free"
- Clearly identify food storage locations for items such as canned goods or bottled liquids
- Operate machines such as mixers and grinders to grind meat or mix ingredients.
