| Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00 PM, availability on weekends.
$26 hourly

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good understanding of cGMP.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel.
- Able to effectively communicate in English written and oral.
- Good analytical and observation skills.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Responsible for repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the facility.
- Performs maintenance replacement and repair in areas of carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs if a permit is not required to conduct the job.
- Troubleshoots electrical systems –replaces minor electrical fixtures such an fuses, sockets and switches – arranges for servicing and repair.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building(s).
- Report major repair needs to the Facility Manager.
- Capable of working on their own without constant supervision.
- Perform duties as assigned under the company’s preventative maintenance program.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of all HVAC system, including Chillers and Cooling Tower.
- Documents all maintenance performed including repairs and PM activities.
- Collects uniforms for laundry service and distributes uniforms to production employees.
- Completes work orders of repairs (work needed).
- Requests materials, tools, and supplies needed for a job.
- Oversees or participates in construction, installation, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Prioritize all work orders to meet due dates deadlines.
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve difficult repair or maintenance repair issues and updates Facility Manager regarding status.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
