Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
Starting at $18.00/hour plus shift premium. Employees are eligible for a position pay increase after being hired in after 60 days.
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly pay, temp-to-hire opportunity, hired in after 60 days, position pay increase upon hire-in, plenty of overtime available, stable long-term employment, and opportunities for advancement.
Job Description:
The JobSquad Staffing is hiring experienced Machine Operators, Assistant Operators, and Forklift Operators for a leading corrugated paper manufacturing company in New Carlisle, IN. Candidates will operate or assist with production equipment, safely move materials with forklifts as needed, monitor product quality, perform basic machine adjustments, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all safety and quality standards. This position requires previous manufacturing, machine operating, or forklift experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work frequent overtime.
